Policía Municipal de Toluca detiene a presunto delincuente dedicado al robo a transeúntes Elementos de la Dirección General de Seguridad Pública atendieron un auxilio en Santa María Totoltepec donde un joven había sido despojado de su teléfono móvil. Los elementos aseguraron al responsable y recuperaron el celular reportado, posteriormente fue trasladado a la Fiscalía General de Justicia para determinar su situación jurídica. |
